Hour Kitchen

The kitchens can be used either exclusively or on a shared basis. Each facility is fitted out as per the plans. As this is a completely new facility all fittings and equipment are brand new and to a high specification. The basic equipment that each kitchen contains is.

6 or 10 Rack Rational Gas Combi Oven
BERTOS 700 Series 4 Burner Range with Stainless Steel Extractor
Large Commercial Fridge
Large Commercial Freezer
Double Sink Bowl Units (for prep and wash up)
Stainless Steel Mobile Tables
Grease Traps
Knee Operated Hand Wash Basins


In addition the facility includes:-

Separate Changing area with lockers
Separate Storage Area
Separate Toilets
WiFi Broadband
Goods Inwards Area with Table and Holding Rack
Separate Bin Storage


The minimum rental period is 3 hours and thereafter as long as available. A deposit is payable to confirm booking and full payment is required prior to occupying the kitchen. Payment may be made by Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Cash.

Fees, charges, booking and cancellation terms are provided to you in writing when you visit the kitchen and know your requirements.


Hour Kitchen has public liability insurance, but you are responsible for insurance of your products, accident insurance for your clients and staff and product liability.

If you already have liability insurance for your food product, you can simply add Hour Kitchen as additional insurance to the policy. If you do not have Liability Insurance you are welcome to use our Insurance Agent to buy a new policy.

HSE Registration

Before you can use Hour Kitchen, it is a requirement of the HSE that you register your food business to the address of Hour Kitchen.
